Absolutely 5 stars! I would have given 10 but that wasn't an option. From day one he knew what we were looking for and knew at that time we might have been "just looking". He didn't care. He genuinely told us about properties and builders. He made us feel comfortable and I felt I could trust his judgement. I never felt that he was just trying to "make a sale", he was honest. Zac Backor from start to finish was excellent! Within a day or two of listing our house he had a buyer lined up. However, due to some issues with the buyer, the deal fell through after having waited over two months for the process to finish. As jacked as that was, Zac was not deterred and as soon as he knew the deal was a bust he was back at it and if my memory serves me correctly he had a buyer lined up within a week. A little over 3 weeks later we were sitting down at the title office signing the house away!
I should (lastly) add that during the time our house was listed we encountered some hardships and Zac didn't bail on us. At the crucial moment he jumped in the ring with us making sure our decision to choose him as our realtor the absolute right choice. His knowledge of the business/industry is without question.
If indeed one reads this review in consideration of Zac Backor and does not choose him, I'd say they've erred, seriously.

The next day we looked at four houses we narrowed our list down too. We really liked the 2nd house but it was over the budget so we continued looking.
